Provider questions
How much does Frendex cost for providers?
Two plans: Standard at about €17/mo and Pro at about €25/mo, billed in Hungarian forint, with discounts for quarterly and yearly billing. We never take commission.
Really no commission?
Really. Beyond the fixed monthly fee we take nothing from your income, no matter how many bookings you get.
How do providers appear on the map?
Every subscribed provider appears on the map, in the feed and in search. There is no paid boosting: good work and good reviews are what count.
What happens if I cancel?
Everything stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your profile goes inactive. You can come back anytime, with one exception: the Founder badge is lost for good when you cancel, and resubscribing does not bring it back.
How does the founder code work?
Request a code with the form. If one is available, you activate it in the app and use the full Pro plan for 6 months. In exchange we ask for honest feedback, that you invite your own clients, and an exemplary, fully filled profile. Your Founder badge stays as long as your subscription does.
