Provider questions
How much does Frendex cost for providers?
Two plans: Standard at about €17/mo and Pro at about €25/mo, billed in Hungarian forint, with discounts for quarterly and yearly billing. We never take commission.
Really no commission?
Really. Beyond the fixed monthly fee we take nothing from your income, no matter how many bookings you get.
How do providers appear on the map?
Every subscribed provider appears on the map, in the feed and in search. There is no paid boosting: good work and good reviews are what count.
What happens if I cancel?
Everything stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your profile goes inactive. You can come back anytime, with one exception: the Founder badge and the locked founder price are lost for good when you cancel, and resubscribing does not bring them back.
What is a founder code?
The founding program is invite-only: codes come from us with an invitation, and there is no way to request one. If you have a code, you redeem it in the app during provider registration and use the full Pro plan for 6 months, worth about €150. After that you keep paying the Pro price that applied when you joined, for as long as your subscription runs without a break. In exchange we ask for honest feedback, that you invite your own clients, and an exemplary, fully filled profile. Your Founder badge stays as long as your subscription does.
