Providers register with verified details, and their profiles show real activity: services, prices, availability.
Reviews from real bookings

Only completed bookings can be reviewed. No bought stars: every rating you see comes from work that actually happened.
Transparent communication

Chat stays in the app: the agreed price and time are always retrievable, so there is a record if anything is disputed.

The Frendex team has checked this provider: a confirmed name and ID stand behind the profile, so you know it is a real, operating business.
Trusted
An automatically earned badge for a consistently strong review record and a reliable, active presence.
Pro
An automatically earned quality badge: awarded for sustaining a high quality score across real bookings. It cannot be bought, and it does not mean the Pro subscription.
Founder
The badge of the founding providers who build Frendex with us from the start. It stays as long as the provider keeps an active subscription.

Every profile and conversation has a report option. Reports are investigated and rule-breaking profiles get suspended.
